
SmartKlub meets Energy Minister
Charles Bradshaw-Smith co-CEO of SmartKlub met with Claire Perry MP Minister for Climate Change & Industry on 24 July to coincide with BEIS announcement on Smart Energy. The minister was visiting the University of Nottingham to learn more about their energy research and in particular learn about Project SCENe where SmartKlub is innovating a new type of Community ESCO at Trent Basin incorporating the largest community battery in Europe.
Also pictured are Nick Ebbs CEO of Blueprint (the housing developer) and Dainius Alonderis, researcher at the university developing in-home displays for residents.
Earlier in the day, Charles, Nick and Dainius, hosted the press at the Trent Basin project.
